I also faced similar issue with SOLMAN 7.1 SP10 after updating some mimes.

Not able to access Service Desk link, SOLMAN_WORKCENTER and SOLMAN_SETUP.

Please apply the following notes:-

Corrections to unified rendering 702/15 XXX (ABAP renderer)

Corrections for unified rendering 702/15 XXX (UR-mimes)

from I to VIII (for both Abap renderer and UR-mimes).

Tips: Load the VIII, and others will be loaded/downloaded automatically.

After that, you are able to access without any problem.

Hi Vinod,

We have made the same upgrade and have the same problem with the lightspeed.js object.

Have you reported this problem directly to SAP?

If so any feedback would be gratefully received!

Thanks and Best regards,

Martin

Our BASIS consultant managed to fix this problem.

Read OSS note 1411980 for instructions regarding report WDG_MAINTAIN_UR_MIMES. For us, the respective values of parameter "urchangelist" were not the same under "Deployed version.properties" and "CLUR_NW7=>VERSION_PROPERTIES".

So then we made a Force MIME deployment using the same report (see oss note 1291703).

After this the values were the same.

We then restarted the entire system, emptied cache and deleted temporary internet files from our web browsers and the system was working OK.

Rgds,

Martin

Hi Martin,

we have the same issue on a new Solution Manager 7.1 but "Force MIME deployment" didn't help at all... We still have different values according to this report and Tx SOLMAN_WORKCENTER is unusable due to this "lightspeed.js" error...

Maybe you did some additional changes in your system?

Every help is heartly appreciated.

Cheers

Petros

Hi Martin & Petros,

I have the same problems in my Solution Manager 7.1 after applying a lot of security notes.

Did you fix the problem already?

Regards, Ulf

Hello Ulf,

yes we could fix the problem with implementing the following notes:

0001553061   Inkonsistenzen beim Transport von MIME-Objekten
0001596642   Javascript-Fehler in ABAP-Web-Dynpro nach Upgrade
0001625142   Korrekturen für Unified Rendering 702/10 III (UR-MIMEs)
0001640074   Korrektur für Unified Rendering 702/11 I (ABAP-Renderer)
0001640534   Korrektur für Unified Rendering 702/11 I (UR-Mimes)
0001649297   Korrekturen für Unified Rendering 702/11 II (UR-Mimes)
0001694269   Korrekturen für Unified Rendering 702/12 II (UR-MIMEs)

(These notes have been proposes by SAP Support itself)

Now everything is working fine.

Cheers

Petros
