MD04 report

Hi! I would like to extract all data found in MD04, but I need to do it to more than 500 materials. I tried extracting the tables for SOs, PRs and POs but it's kind of difficult since I have so many materials. Is there any easier way I could do it? THanks!

Hi,

I am afraid not. You can execute the FM by SE37 for a single material.

The fuction module MD_STOCK_REQUIREMENTS_LIST_API returns the list of MD04. You can call this FM in a Z report.

hi, is there any way that I can perform this directly to production? I need it now and I do not have time to request for a customized report.. thanks!

Yes. You an export the MD04 workscreen.

Run the report. Click on the print button at the top of the SAP window.

The report should come up in a print preview window.

In the print preview window, on the button bar you will find your standard export to Excel, exprot to local file, etc... buttons.

Export to the format you want and you should be able to clean it up for whatever you want.
