Issue to delete Paked document

I'm trying to delete a parked document in the tx FBV0 but I can't. What I have seen is that if I try to edit a line item I netheir can edit it. I have tried to delete another parked document and I can but this document I can not.

I haven't done the parked document but a user is requesting to me to delete it.

Does anybody know why I neither delete the parked document nor edit a line item?
