Hi,
Can any one could post the stepwise procedure to check the number of open tasks in CRM through GUI and WEB UI seperately.
and also highlight the impact of having the more number of open tasks for the userid.

in CRM GUI you can go to Tcode CRMD_ORDER and serach on the tasks of the user.
in WEB UI you can login with IC_AGENT role and then in COMMUNICATION->INBOX
you can search for the tasks
