Where may I find "iemon" utility?

I was perusing my handouts from TechEd and came across session BW302, dealing with Performance Analysis Tools in BW 3.5. Page 3 lists a front-end tool named iemon. I made a note that it was a free tool, downloadable from the service marketplace. After searching for it on service marketplace, I have come up dry. Anyone have any ideas where this utility is located? Will it only work with BW 3.5 (we are still on BW 3.1 Content)? What is its claim to fame?
