BP - BUTTON COMPANY CODE - DONT LET ME ENABLED VENDOR OR CUSTOMER

Hi Masters,

I need your help. We are using RE-FX in ECC 6.0.

I'm trying to create BP with PN TR0604 or PN TR0600 for my contracts, so when a click in company Code

button don't let me check the option "Customer" or "Vendor" because they area disabled.

I think that i forgot something customizing.

I'll apreciate any help thanks a lot,

Hi,

If you are talking about two fields (Customer and Vendor) in company code button. I think they are in display mode only. They dont get in update mode. Once you create the BP and in the back ground when the customer or vendor is created their number is getting updated in these two fields..

Yes i'm talking about this two options on the "Grid", i think that i can enabled.

Both Vendor and Customer show me disabled.

If I don't enabled when i find it they don't stay expanded.

Hi,

I think the fields (customer and vendor) in the company code button has to be in display as they get automatically updated once the customer or vendor is created in the background. If they get in update mode and there is a customer created for that BP and someone changes it in BP, then how the system will link the new customer and BP.

I suggest these fields should be in display, even if they can be changed to update mode. Also what is the requirement for which you want to change the fields.

Hi,

You can't allow these fields for input in company code view, but there is a way to allow you to enter customer number.

goto spro \ re-fx \ Business partner\Relevant settings for business partner \ business partner - customer \ Customer roles.

Select your role and click on details and select the radio button "Optional for customer", and number grouping must be external number range.

Now you will get one new view "FI Customer assignment" in Customer-General data tab in General Data with following fields

1. Create Master (Check box) - select check box

2. Ext. Customer No.

The number you entered here, you will get in company code view.

In this case, my PPO doesn't activate correctly.

Hi,

Have you activated the Postprocessing Office? You could analyze your errors on the settings you have done for Customers/Business Partners with transaction /SAPPO/PPO2 - Edit Postprocessing Order

Business Process:CVI_01 - Customer - Vendor

Hi Severina,

Thanks for help me.

The PPO is working normaly and my problem occurr before the PPO because i can't check my Customer/Vendor when i 'm creating.

The "Check" for Vendor or customer it stays disabled, and in this situation when i finish and execute the button OK after in the FK02 or XD02 the customer or vendor don't stay extended for the company.
