Notification creation through Z - Transaction using BAPI

Hi,

I can create the Notification using IW21.

While trying to create Notification using BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CREATE from Z - transaction, I am getting error saying that "Invalid Catalog Entry".

Please give some solution on this.
