Travel expenses approval sent twice by e-mail

Hello,

We have an issue with a travel expenses approval, we received two e-mails for the same travel expenses. The two e-mails have different dates.

Although the travel expenses have has been approved after receiving the first e-mail, the second e-mail is received several days after.

Any idea how to fix this problem?
