Hi SAP GURUS.........
I have a report that is containing one of the columns as wbs element. Now when i execute a report i am gettin two records of the same wbs element.one is having the amount (in figures),while the other record dont have amount values.
Can u explain me why this is happening i mean two records which are same in every respect expect the amount values.???
Thanks!!!
Shashi Sharma.
Hi Sashi,
Do you have WBS element as only one column in your report or there are any other column also present in drilldown?
Because if there are multiple columns then though the value of WBS element is same but due to different value of other characteristic you are getting multiple rows in the report.

Hi,
Is your report based directly on Infocube or Multiprovider. Just check how WBS element is selected if it is based on MP.You can suppress it at query level if you want.
If there are two Infoproviders check both of them. If data is coming from one single Infoprovider check whether data is populated correctly ,if there is any routine around WBS check that as well.
Thanks

Hi Shasi,
Check the data in Info cube on which your data is executiong.
If you two records in your CUBE also, then you need to debug your data flow to know where it went wrong

Hi,
Check in your Cube for each WBS element, How many records are there? If you find double records with no values. Please suppress the values in the report.
