Production order status DLV generating requirements

Hi,

I have a production order of Material F. Bom is C, D, E.

C has item category L , D & E have item category N.

Production order's Status is DLV.After MRP run, system is again generating requirement for its child part C. What I noticed is, in the production order components overview, tfor D & E , two individual purchase requisitions are created which are yet open.( Not yet converted to PO ).

Please tell me is this open PR causing MRP to generate requirement for child part C again?

Regards.

    Hi,

Check wheterh C, D and E have been issued to the Production order. In the documented overview screen in CO02 or in COOIS you can view the details.

DLV is for the GR from productions. Once you GR the full order Qty, system will assign DLV status.

But you need to issue the components C, D and E.

    thanks,

    JK

      Hi,

Can you please tell me where is the setting for TECO due to which it clears reservation of any production order.Similalry if I put deletion indicator in production order, it clears the reservation. Where is the settings and control for the same?

It is relevant to the issue which i am facing, so I asked above doubts.

      Regards.
