releasing PR through me54n

HI EXPERTS,

i have created PR FOR THREE DIFFERENT ITEM and then i go to me54n to release the pr for further processing. I HAVE MAINTAINED RELEASE PROCEDURE for pr. in me54n when i go to item detail and go to release strategy and release pr then ONLY FIRST LINE ITEM IS RELEASED.OTHER TWO ITEMS ARE NOT RELEASED..

when i click green flag above item overview then all item are released.

and moreover if i want to unrelease the document again then only 1st line item is unreleased and the other two are not released please guide me where i am wrong

You have to release the p.r line by line,you have to select the lline item manually and release that.

As per your note the PR release strategy is set at item, then you have to release the PR in ME54N for each item line.

Hi,

For PR release procedure can be maintained at item level and header level. Header level means the whole document will get released. Whera as in item level , will check item by item and gets relesed if the release criteria met. You might have setted the release stratagy at item level. Please check whether the release criteria is satisfied for the items which are not released. I hope this will help you out. Thanking you.
