An employee is resigned

Hi Experts

Please can you reply me for the following error message when i work with it.

An employee is resigned and the last day was processed for 31-08-2011, and he With drawn his resignation, and i have cancelled all the leave days that were sold for him. now i need to change the end date to 31-08-2011, How?

Go to PA41 and change date to 31.12.9999. and check
