Dear Experts,
My client is going for multiple level of shopping cart. The scenario is as below.
1. The requestor creates a shopping cart.
2 The shopping cart first goes to the responsible buyer (approval with completion).
3. Then, it goes to the department manager.
Now, if the department manager creates a shopping cart, the client doesnot want to get the shopping cart automatically approved. Could you please suggest business or technical solution to it

Can't you build the logic to assign the Dept Director when the Dept manager creator the SC.

As per your suggestion if vendor or price remove when the Dept manager creator the SC and allow Buyer to complete the SC using Approval with Completion then the workitem will NOT come back to requestor for accept/change. The workflow will keep continue. that is advantage of approval with completion process type.

HI Ranjan,
While creating the shopping cart by the Manager, please make a logic to remove either a price or vendor from the shopping cart. HEnce, the s./c will automatically go for Purchaser as incompletion. Once Managers accepts the purchaser's changes then PO will be created.
