warning MSG EVALUATION_INFOS is not available in structure CRMT_SURVEY_WRK

Hi experts,

While saving a lead in transaction CRMD_ORDER, I go the below warning message,

Reference object: Header Data

Sub object: Questionnaire

Degree of detail: Administrator

Message: Field EVALUATION_INFOS is not available in structure CRMT_SURVEY_WRK.

What step I need to take to remove that warning message.

Hello Hariharan,

as you can see the message degee is for administrator, that means normal users will never see this warning message. The warning message appears depending your user level and will not have any consequence on the further

process of the survey. If you don't want to see the warning please adjust user level to below 3 (eg. 1 ).

-> Transaktion CRMC_MSGS check the standard message degree, with

Transaktion CRMC_MSGC you are able to customize the degree level.

Please check if note 961255 (also manuall correction) is implemented.
