Activity Status Result Missing in Web Client

Hi All ,

We have a requirement to capture Status reasons for each status in the Activity page .

I have configured the status profile and assigned the same to the Transaction type .

For Status reasons , I have used the catalog A2 , configured code group profile , code groups and code and Subject profile . Post which i have assigned status and subject Profile for each Transaction Type in -

SPRO --> IMG --> CRM --> Transactions --> Settings for Activities --> Maintain Transaction Customizing for activities --> Assign status and subject Profile for each Transaction Type.

In the WEB UI , we have a field - Reason ( Showing activity Reasons ).

We should also have one field - RESULT to capture the Status reasons . I am unable to find this field in the BSP workbench or using AET as suggested in SAP NOTE - 1138405 .

I have checked few threads which talk about configuring the same but its not helping .

Please help in suggesting how to configure this field in CRM 7.0 .

Hi Neha,

You can find the RESULT field in the BSP workbench.

You have to search inside the concerned component>>view>>context ID>>Show available fields>> the technical detail for the field being >>/BTSUBJECTG/STRUCT.CONC_KEY

I have it visible in the Web UI for the Activity transaction.
