Reactivation of Crystal Xcelsius Prfessional 4.5

When I try to activate my software I get a message that all activation attempts have been used.

The software was installedon a number of laptops (only one at a time) and isnow being installed on my machine.

The details are:-

Product keyXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX-XXXX

Order no. XXXXXXXX (3-Jan-2007)

I need the program to meet a business deadline this week.

Please advise how to reactivate.

Hi,

You may want to try your luck and log an IT Ticket to SAP Support and ask them to forward the incident to XX-SER-LIKEY-BOJ.

This team deals with license related query.
