User unable to open items in SAP Workflow

Hi Gurus,

Today I got a strange issue from my client,


user states that on his SAP workflow center.

he can access the inbox in workflow he also can see whats in his inbox.But if he tries to click on an item nothing happens. He get's an blank screen

Initial Anlaysis:

We have checked the work items by using the transaction SWI5 with his user id and we are able to open the items as allowed.

Then we have suggested the user to check whether he is able to open the items in his SAP Workcentre from a different workstation, if not, we have requested him to send us the screen-shot of SU53 transaction.


Now, guru's I would request your suggestion if any one have seen this type of issue previously and if any one can suggest any solution of steps to work on this. All responses will be highly appreciable...

    Sounds like he has a connection problem.

    Have him try from a different PC and have a different user try it from his PC.

    • If it's urgent, I don't know why you're asking someone who last logged in a year ago.

      Adding to 3-year-old threads is not a good idea.

      Please open a new thread with the details of your problem, including what you've tried.

      For example: whether the workitem is showing in SWI5 for that user and what the wokflow log says.
