Posting Issue


Dear Gurus;

When I give an employee a loan through IT45 for example in June, then run him the payroll, in the RT I get three wage type,

1- for the loan amount /LOE

2- for the deduction amount /LRP

3- for the Balance /LLB

and these wage tyes will be posted except /LLB

Now when we run him the payroll in July i'll get again in the RT the same 3 wage types and when i post July's salaries again /LOE and /LRP will be posted

The issue is, we just want /LOE for the loan amount to be posted just once in the month that the loan has been taken in and not to be posted each month...

is this request applicable?
