How to get account overview screen from account management search inICagent

Dear Experts,

We have activated SLS-ACC (Account Management) work center to enable IC agents to search accounts without confirming, but from search result screen when user click on hyperlink of account name system is taking to new view "IC agent- more fields". If we check the same functionality by using salespro business role then system is taking to account overview screen, how we can ahcieve the same functionality for ic agent business role.

I tried to map with outbound plugs by comparing salespro navigation bar profile for object Account but no luck.

Pls suggest on this.

Hello Kumar,

I have no experience with SLS-ACC. But in classic IC user is taken to the object and action which is defined in business partner identification profile after confirming BP. Which in turn is assigned to business role with ID BPIDENT.

Perhaps, here it works in similar way,
