Talent Search in Talent Management

Bringing up the wrong fields on the portal e.g. search for willing to relocate, yes/no in the career mobility, if employee has chosen willing to re-locate to Finance, search brings back all employees who are in the finance department, instead the ones wants to re-locate to this department.

Please help.

    Hi,

    Is this EhP4 Talent Management?

In standard EhP4 Talent Management there is no field to define where the employee wishes to relocate to. If you have added it via some form of customization then you need to also customize TREX.

Can you be more precise with your description of the issue. For example, what is the name of the search field, what result you get and what result you expect.

Also, if you perform the same search in function module HRTMC_SEARCH_OBJECTS do you get the same response?

    Thanks,

    Luke

    • For "Talent Assessment and Talen Groups" has any customizing been performed? If so, that should be where you look. If not then raise an OSS for it. In the meantime, it might be worth checking these SAP notes:

1378537 - TMS: Advanced search for managers returns incorrect results

1421347 - TMS: Advanced search for managers: Managers are missing

1517492 - Reading of texts is incorrect for TMC search UI

1531936 - Incorrect mapping of the search request

1535688 - Search: Sorting of talent group assignments

1550930 - Search: Various corrections for the advanced search

1561031 - Search: Various corrections for the advanced search #2

1594079 - Talent information: Displaying talent group assignment

I'm not sure they are all releveant, but note 1550930 seem to have a fix in it for Talent Assessment issues.

      Best regards,

      Luke
