Report on cancellation activity (CO13)

Hi,

It happens that operators correct what they have confirmed as job done through CO13 and then reconfirmed thourgh CO14. is there a report like a log that provides such cancellations?

Hi,

In COOIS add "ind. delete. doc." and "cancelled confirm." fields to the confirmations report layout. First is ticked for cancelled confirmations, and the second one is filled in canecelling confirmation, showing the counter of the cancelled confirmation.

Be sure to select List type as Confirmations. It is there with that name in EN version. It may already be included in the layout.

If you check the COOIs report for confimations even the cancelled confimations would be displayed.

Hello,

You can see all the confirmations in CO14 itself, display production order confirmation. Once it is confirmation cancelled, there will be a check mark against cancelled / Reversed indicator in CO14

In AFRU table itself ther ewill be a filed STZHL, it will be normally 0, if there is no cancellation, once there is concellation there will be enteries in the field.
