Not all conditions being posed thru RERAPP

Hello,

Good day.

I am having problem with my conditions in RECN which is not fully posted via RERAPP, the process has been done as follows

1. Sales Contracts uploaded inthe system (thru a customized program for contract upload)

2. Mass activation was done also with a customized program

3. Batch posting through RERAPP

when I checked vicdcfpay, the conditions with validity date put on range (ie from January to December) where listed out as one line item not the number of months in range

I am suspecting that there is something wrong with my contract upload (which I have used BAPI in order to create contracts)

Thank you guys!

Check Frequency data on the Posting Parameters Tab.

Thanks!

I have actually check on the frequency in the posting parameters tab and the terms tab, but these tabs usually contain all the information that the user usually inputs

I have also checked on the rental object attached to the contract and the validity date of the rental object is earlier than the date of the contract

Hello,

The following could be reasons for you having no planned items in the cash flow:

1. Contract/RO not activated.

2. In the Terms tab of your contract , check field "Cash flow start date". Based on this date the system generates(plans) cash flow which gets posted by RERAPP.

3.. In the RERAPP screen due date field by default shows <= symbol, means any cash flow planned before or on the date given should be posted. I would suggest to select a later "Due Date", for example "Contract End Date" and see if the syste generates any postings for futute period.

You say you have checked the frequency on your contract, are you sure that the frequency unit calculates cash flow items for the selected period.

Hope this helps!

1. I have checked that the contract has been activated and the rental object has been released

2. The cash flow date is dated the same as the contract start date

3.. we have actually put atleast 1 month after the last condition

4. we have also check on the frequency of the contract

Thanks for the help

Hi,

What is your period start date and period end date in the VICDCFPAY table for that line item displayed. is it the whole period (January to december) or for only one month i.e. January.

If it is whole period then the system is posting one line item for the whole period. this can be changed by chnaging the Posting Parameters--> frequency --> Frequency 1 in Month and Amt. Reference as 3 Cyclical.

If it is for one month only then you need to check the validity of condition type, Rental object, contract..

Deepak

Hi,

- I have actually one month that has been displayed (which is dated as 5/21/2011) it should have been 7 line items (up to 12/21/2011)

If it is whole period then the system is posting one line item for the whole period. this can be changed by chnaging the Posting Parameters--> frequency --> Frequency 1 in Month and Amt. Reference as 3 Cyclical.

we actually use either monthly or cyclical

If it is for one month only then you need to check the validity of condition type, Rental object, contract..

we have inputted the validity as range from 5/2/1/2011 to 12/21/2011

thanks.

Hi,

The month for posting run should be 12 and due date should be 31.12.2011 in RERAPP. apart from that just select the posting run mode and type of posting run.

Hope this helps

Dear All,

My question has been answered already.

What we did was

1. Delete the problematic conditions that could not be posted.

2. Manually re-input the conditions

3. RERAPP the conditions with the same paramaters (date to be posted, due date, REDP, etc)

thank you.
