load BP in SAP in USD

Hi

We have a problem of uploading BP in SAP in USD dollars. scenario of the problem : On a upload sheet we have 40000 in USD but when its uploaded it shows a converted amount, hence we dont want it to show a convereted amount we want to see the amount exactly as it was uploaded. also the controlling area is in ZAR but the object currency is in USD.

is this possible to do. please assist?

Can you please elaborate further. What do you mean by "BP"? Which transaction / what value are you uploading?

we are uploading a Business Plan using a planner profile via transaction KP04 and CJR2. already the business Plan amount is in USD currency. After uploading it , it gets converted hence we don't want it as we had loaded in USD already. so im not sure if planner profile allows uploading to be done in different currencies.

Sap standard planner profile allow to upload in controlling area currency. If you need to upload in Object currency or other than controlling area currency then create a Z planner profile.

i did create a Z planner profile and selcted the key figure : TP in object currency and brought in Trans currency USD but it still converts.

Hi,

Make sure the layout that is linked to your custom profile has the "Object currency" settings. I just created a custom layout where in i set the values for object currency and linked it my custom profile. After this i was able to use the same for CJR2 and update the values in object currency.
