Regd Approver to a Master Agreement.

Hi All ,

I am new to Sourcing and I have a doubt regarding Master Agreements.

I have added a approver to a master agreement ,generated a contract and tried to know what is the role he got to play, but It seems he did not had any role in the whole process.

I felt he might play a role for contract 's "Waiting For Executed approval" phase when it navigates from "Supllier Draft" phase. But it did n't.

Is it true ? or he has any role to play ?.

Hi

In order to bring "Approver" role into play for contract, you need to use XPDL workflows. You need to create a XPDL workflow definition, assign it to phase in contract document phase configuration which in turn would be associated with contract document type and contract document template.

Based on the XPDL workflow you can deploy your approval cycle for contracts.
