PDO Layer Error when creating PO in SRM

Hi All,

When creating a PO in SRM from a Shopping cart an error message-

"Cannot get process info"; "function BBP_PDH_WFL_APPROVAL_SIMULATE throws

exception workflow not found.""PDO Layer Error" is occurring occasionally.

The PO status goes to "Awaiting Approval" status.

we have extended classic scenario and workflow is not trigerred on PO creation. All the POs created are automatically approved.This issue occurs occasionally and we do not have a way to replciate it.

Can anyone advice if they have faced similar issue.
