The SAP note 1614534
Posts a screen shot of what happens when you try to install 64-bit MS Access Database Engine when 32-bit office is already installed.
You cannot install the 64-bit version of Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 because you currently have 32-bit Office products installed. If you want to install 64-bit Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010, you will first need to remove the 32-bit installation of office products. ...
The "resolution" section states that you must install the 64-bit ACE OLEDB provider (MS Access Database Engine) first before installing MS Office.
If you do this, then if you try to install MS Office 32-bit, you receive the opposite error message from the one posted in the note:
You cannot install the 32-bit version of Office 2010 because you have
64-bit Office products installed. These 64-bit prodcuts are not supported
with 32-bit installations:
Microsoft Access database engine 2010 (English)
As I stated on a previous post, the 64-bit version of office is not supported by the EPM Add-in which installes a 32-bit COM Add-in to 32-bit office.
Therefore, you cannot install a single server BPC 10 MS along with the EPM Client/office because the versions are mutually exclusive.
