Hi,
My client have requirement that during production line every 10 minutes system should trigger the Inspection lot.
Please advice with step by step and what configuration set up is required to fulfil this scnerio.

Hi Sonu,
If several individual inspections are to be carried out during production, better you can use inspection points
Inspection points combine the inspection results in a certain interval, operation or phase.

Hi
You can create Physical samples as per your requirement against the order. In this case you need to define the Sample drawing procedure in Master recipe.
Condition is that, for the inspection lot, you need to define the no. of physical samples in the "Change Inspection Lot (QA02)" before release of the inporcess inspection lot. E.g. Say ypur production is going to continue for 4 hrs, then you need to define 24 EA "No. of containers" in "Sample" tab
Activate 03 insp type in Material Master.

There can be provision to create a Inspection point for every 10 min or so but there can not be a provision to create inspection lot against production order for a fix interval as per std SAP
