Denominator and Numerator from VA01

How are the Denominator and Numerator fields are populated in VA01? Are they manually entered or are they automatically filled in once the user enters the quantities? How accurate are these fields?

Hi,

You have a button on the material master for additional data, once you go to addition data there is a tab for 'Unit of measure'. This tab helps you to maintain the conversion from one UoM to another.

The Denominator and Numerator in the sales order are populated from this screen, and they are accurate since this is std SAP functionality.
