How do we integrate SAP CRM 7.0 WebUI with BW 7.0?

1.What are the PFCG authorization settings that needs to be done.

Hi Suresh (Kirthi),

If I'm not wrong you are talking about how to control the execution of Bi reports from the CRM portal.

These are the things that you'll have to keep in mind:

1. That your BI reports are appear as links in the CRM Business Roles - Your functional team should be taking care of that.

2. Then you have to think about authenticating your CRM Users so they are able to Execute those BI reports. Effectively when a CRM user tries to execute a BI report from the CRM portal it will look for users access in the BI system.

3. You can make this CRM to BI Authentication Automatic by using SSO (Single Sign on). If you donu2019t want to use SSO every time a user tries click on the BI report link from the CRM portal they will have to enter there BI login credentials.

4. After the User gets authenticated, now the BI system will look for what access has been granted to that user via PFCG roles, Analysis authorisation in BI.

5. Then, if the user has the necessary access he/she will be able to display the Bi report on their CRM portal screen.

Sorry but the original question has nothing to do with CRM interactive reporting, i.e. the mentioned component is wrong.
