Action buttons are missing at UWL

Hi All,

If I have a workflow decision task and I want to approve it from Portal, what all config is required from Portal end. I can not find any decision action buttons which are visible at SAP inbox.

Kindly suggest.

If you have a working UWL already (I mean that it perhaps already works with some of the tasks from your backend system), the only thing you need to do is to register the backend system alias again in Portal in System Admin -> System Config -> UWL. Then refresh the cache (from the same Portal page)..This will create the XML configuration for your new task automatically.

      Hi Karri,

      Thanks for replying,

I have come across the link you have mentioned and tried UserDecisionHandler which was not working as button was not visible for this Handler.

But I found an alternative solution,

I have used container update handler and updated the container element _RESULT to 0001 which I have got to know from WF log.

and It was working fine. But still it's a mistery for me why UserDecisionHandler was not working.

2ndly when I tried same thing on the main server where my WF exists, I was not working as I have created a new config file with high Priority.. Then I removed that file and tried to update the main file but it was not allowing me to change it and was giving the below message.

Wed Aug 24 20:43:44 CDT 2011 : Operation not allowed on UWL generated Configuration:uwl.webflow.SAP_SRM

Any suggestion why it could not be working on diff server if it is working on one and ny suggestion on the error message.

      Thanks..

      Regards
