How to determine automatic Partner determination using status profile

Dear Friends,

I have a requirement to determination the partner in a service order automatically while user update a specific status.

Example: I need to assign a business partner abm0739 automatically while user updates a status "assigned for correction"

Kindly let me know how can i do this?
