We have two running SAP BO environments(Clustered) and we are using SAP BO XI 3.1 SP6.
1.UAT 2. Prod
we are synchronizing UAT with Prod and did the below steps-
1. Stop SIA
2. Replaced FRS contents from Prod to UAT
3. Replaced UAT repository schema contents with Prod Repository contents
4. We didn't change schema and repository folders name in UAT
5. We didn't copy Audit DB
6. sTART sIA
But we noticed -
1. Able to OPEN CMC login page when we entered credential server :6400 not found or server may be down
2. Noticed SIA service showing running but when we clicked on manage service and entered credetial it is not opening
3. Even in the configuration tab on SIA showing- CMS belongs to PROD cluster name
In the DB side we executed-
Delete from CMS_INFOOBJECTS6 where ParentID=16
Please what all steps are pending for it to be fully functional.
