Crystal Reports 2008 Issue

I am running Cyrstal Reports 2008 version 12.3.0.601. I am developing a label report that will be printed on a 3 inch wide by 1 inch tall label printed on a Zebra GK420t label printer. No matter how I design my label report, what I design does not print out on the label correctly. When attempting to configure the Page Setup settings, regardless of whether I put in 3 horizontal by 1 vertical (or vice versa), what I design on the report does not print out correctly. I read another post somewhere that unchecking the Dissoaciate Formatting Page Size would fix the issue, but it did not. I also read that this was supposedly fixed with the Service Packs, but I have downloaded an install the latest service pack, but still does not work. I have never seen this issue before with Crystal, but apparently it has now become an issue.

The reports that I am building are going to be used through a LIMS system and due to the design of the LIMS, I have to specify the printer in the design of the report. So along with this, I have to define the page setup settings with the printer, so unchecking the Dissociate will not work for me. Please help me figure out how I can get this issue resolved and working again.

Thanks

OK, I did some more testing and from the looks of it, the issue is due to the ZDesigner driver software from Zebra. I'm taking it up with them as well to try and get the issue resolved. If anyone has any other suggestions, i'd like to hear them.

    Thanks
