SOP active version specific to material plan

Hi,

I have 2 materials in SOP.

Material X- planning version 001-planned using MC87.

Material Y-planning version 002-planned using MC87.

I have many such matetrial which are planned in MC87 in reality.

How do i convert planned versions to active version A00 for individual materials?

If i use MC78, it will copy the source version( which i select 001 or 002) to A00 and all old A00 data would be RESET i.e deleted.

It means i can only have A00 active version only for one metarial in system, howvere i want each individual material to have oits own active version in system.

I see i can go to MC88 and create active version manually again but there are hundreds of materails and repeating while process manually in MC88 does not sound great idea. there should be some option to copy it specific to material .

please elaborate.
