Can we edit knowledge base documents in SAP Cloud for Service after pulling them from Mindtouch?

Hi Experts,

Just wanted to know; we have SAP Cloud for Service integration set up with Mindtouch as Knowledge base.

Can I edit Mindtouch documents in SAP Cloud for Service ticket after pulling them from Mindtouch?

    Hi Ketan,

    The Master Repository of documents remains in MindTouch, in case you want to Edit those documents, you have to login to MindTouch and access the document which you want to modify in MT and then the updated document can be visible in C4C.
