BT120H_CPL/Details one of view's fields Code group, code etc is not display

Hi All,

for Component BT120H_CPL under view Details

Categorization captio & then CategoryDDLB field have field properties TYPE u2018BLOCKu2019

Under Available fields it is having BTADMINHu2026& BLOCKS, under BLOCKS we are having u2018SUBJECTu2019 (is nothing but BTSUBJECT),

Then the Component BTSUBJECT have default configuration with fields like CATALOG, CODE GROUP & CODE,

But we are unable to see these fields from Complaints UI.

What is problemu2026.?

Hi,

Can you check if the configuration tab in the component-view has the right settngs of avilable and displayed columns set.

Also check if there is any enhancement done to same.

Hi Anup,

as these fields are in BLOCK for DDLB, so I am unable to move or even select & move to Available fields at Configuration,

u can also check the same for Work center page with available fields, there it will come BTADMINH....& final BLOCK is there...

so, how we can access this...?
