Budget inconsistancy in BCS

Dear Friends,

I am using funds management in my current project, here we are implementing the BCS.

While updating the budget in comibination of Fund, Fund Center and Commitment items it will not update the budget in the consumable filed, it get update with Current Budget.

Can anyone please update the tcode which help me to update this inconsistancy of budget in Funds Management.

Hi,

FMAVCREINIT transaction reconstructs AVC ledger (thus, consumable budget). However, consumbale budget should be updated automatically if you add the relevant budget to the budget address. Run this transaction, see if the problem is solved. If yes, check if the situation persists, i.e. consumable budget is not updated automatically. In this case, further analysis is required.

P.S. Do your work with budget release? Do you use special strategy for consumable budget definition, e.g. only special budget types are considered as consumable, etc.?

Thanks for your reply.

As per your guidence, I run the FMAVCREINIT tcode to reconstruct the budget updation, but still it is showing the same problem.

When ever I updated the budget in the combination, it will get update the Available budget instead of Consumable budget.

Please guide anything is pending to analysis from my side.

Hi,

As I said, you have to check if you have filter on budget type in consumabe budget definition in AVC. Also, what do you mean by 'available' budget? Noramlly, available=consumable.

We have to run the TCode which is provided by SAP. This problem is coming due to inconsistency in the budget using.

Right now I dont have TCode, Pls.. check with SAP.

I dont understand u... what "Tcode" are u using?

What tcode did u use? FMBB? FMBBC?

I think u are missing something...

Can u explain more about your process ?

Hi,

My concern is I am trying to update the budget using FMBB but it didn't update correctly, After raising the ticket to SAP.

It come to know that the budget is not correctly updated due to inconsistency in the system.

For that SAP suggest for a TCode to update the inconsistency in the system to update the budget correctly.

But I forgot the TCode which I am trying to convey my previous scrap.
