Delivery has not been completely processed by WM while doing the PGI.

Dear Experts,

I have an error message here as " Delivery has not been completely processed by WM"while doing the PGI against the Delivery created for the STO.

The delivery is linked to the Ware house and TO also created and confirmed. I guess the TO details are not yet updatde in the delivery even after the TO confirmation. I have observed one more thing that the TO has some warning message indicator in its Header details.

I have tried to update the TO information to the delivery through LX47 Transaction, but I couldn't.

Any one please through some inputs about this.

Hi ,

Please check in the outbound deliver VL02N Whether the Warehouse status is fully picked or else partially picked the quantity and also check using the T.CODE LT21 and LT23 and confirm the TO.

HI Nagendra,

Yes, its picked completely. TO also confirmed but not updated the TO status in out delivery. Stiil the status of the TO as "B" only in delivery header.

Hello,

It seems that your inbound delivery has put away status and WM status as A which means it is not yet processed.

Go to VL32N , from ther go to subsequent function and create the transfer order for your delivery.

Save the delivery this will create transfer order and thus you need to confirm the transfer order with LT12 T-code

Once you have confirm the transfer order, you can do the post goods Issue.

But the issue is related to out bound delivery not the Inbound delivery.

I have checked again the TO and everything seems okay.

Please revert back if you have any other suggetions.

Hi,

As you mentioned in your thread, since the TO document is not updated in your delivery you are getting this message.

Since everything seems fine. If possible, try to cancel/reverse the TO confirmation & delete the TO & create a new TO document & check.

can you explain this in more detail? what message do you see there?

Yes Jurgen,

I have created an Out bound delivery for the STO.

The TO created and confimed.

I have picked the total quantity.

But I could not able post the PGI, Its throwing an error message as " Delivery has not been completely processed by WM "

I have verified the Out bound delivery again and found that the TO status not updated in Delivery even after the Confirmation, still it showing Overall WM status as" B" in the Delivery.

you did not tell anything new, you are just repeating yourself.

"Delivery has not been completely processed by WM " this message came at goods issue, but You mentioned in your very first thread that you had seen a warning message in the TO, I am asking you which one.

Jurgen, I have the warning message in TO as " Delivery not yet updated".

But the above TO is already confirmed.

I think you have customized the delayed delivery update.

try SA38 with report RLLX4700 to analyse to root cause why the update did not happen.

I can see the message text in the report you mentioned below as " Item 000010: Only 0 EA fr"what could be the reason and how to correct this.

please... post the full message, not just a part of the message.

I have no delayed update customized in my system, so I cannot tell you what to do in this report to see the full message, e.g. whether you have to click the message or have to go into a detail or just need to expand a field in a ALV

But I guess the message wants to tell you that you have not enough stock available.

so you have to analyse when and where and from what the stock taken while you did the confirmation.

List all TOs for that material in Lt24 and see which TO was probably at the same time and took the material

Yes, Jurgen The above underlined message is the complete message I have observed in the report RLLX470.

Meanwhile I have checked for the existing stock for the TO confirmation date 05.07.2011. I have the stock in WH as 120 qty.

But my TO and delivery containing only 5 qty.

I partial message in SAP would not make any sense to a user so I dont believe that SAP gives you such a partial message without an option to read the full message.

The report coding tells me that it uses ALV technologie, which should allow you to give a column a bigger width, like it is in Excel.

The text field in the structure has a length of 73.

How did you check that the stock was 120 ? which transaction? WM usually has no such option to display stock level at a certain date.

Yes, Jurgen You are correct.

The field having 73 charactres.

But there is big gap between the "Item 000010: Only" and "0EAfr" which covered the total length of 73 character..

I have checked the MB51 transaction. In the month of 02 we have received 120 qty and there was no goods issues against that material after that.

MB52 is at inventory managment level

TO confirmation is WM level.

unrestricted use stock is not necessarily equal to available stock.

Inventory managment stock information can be totally different to stock information to a particular quant in WM.

Item 000010: Only" and "0EAfr"

I interprete this like this:

the message is related to item 10 in the delivery

this item has probably the unit EA

and the message says that only 0 (zero) EA

and as long we cannot get the full message, everything else is a guess.

I hope you find someone here in the forum who has as well the delayed delivery update customized and knows how to retrieve a full message from report RLLX4700 (transaction LX47)

If the report is really not able to show the full message, then open an incident at SAP.

Have you executed the report with 'Activate item' checkbox is selected?

Maybe the error reason is not anymore valid and it will update without issues now.

I will try to update the same through LX47 and let you know back, if required will raise an incident to SAP.

Hi,

Please check whether transfer order is created and confirmed by again creating a transfer order using VL02N menu Subsequent Functions.

Also check for the correct storage bin using tcode VL26.
