SSO error

Hi all,

I am notable connect to Backend r/3 system from portal, Getting error like Not configured SSO properly.

I have done every single step in sso configuration,

DETAILS:

R/3 System : ECC6.0 EHP4

Portal : NW 7.01 EHP4

Installed NW7.01 and upgraded that to EHP4 by deploying patches got in market place

Is there any problem with it ???? please help me out !!!!! I stuck with this from 5days
