Chart Tool Settings in WAD.

Hello,

Could some body guide me through steps of bringing legend in the chart's displayed in my web report.

As of now one chart is displaying legend at right side but none of other are displaying legend so how do i get it.

thanks a tone for help.

    Hi,

    please state BW version you are using, as there was a change with the charts in BW 3.5

    in Web Application Designer,

    Edit the chart (right click on the chart icon from the template)

    in BW3.0 or BW3.1

    Right click on the center of the window (on the chart : column, line.... as you have defined it), select CHART OPTION.

    Select the tab "LEGEND"

    Select where you want the legend

    in BW3.5

    in overview select tab legend, visibility : yes, alignement : bottom, top, east, west

      hi,

      Thanks for quick reply.

      I am using BW3.5 and i know that we can change chart settings in WAD by saying EDIT chart but these settings will be saved localy and are not getting affected on my report.

      i also tried saving these settings in the library but same result ie. no change in the web report.

      please suggest.
