Dear All,

when i tried create a Travel Request on Save Draft i facing with below Error message

No personnel control record exists for accounting area

The ABAP call hierarchy was:

Form: READ_PERSONNEL_CONTROL_RECORD of program RPRTEC00

Form: SET_PNP_DATA of program RPRTEC00

Form: %_SEL_SCREEN_BLOCK_1000128 of program RPRTEC00

Module: %_BLOCK_1000128 of program RPRTEC00

SYSTEM-EXIT of program RPRTEC00

as it was working fine sometime back all of sudden it occured

This can happen because the payroll area(ABKRS) in question does not have the corresponding payroll control record created. Goto transaction code PA03 and enter the vlaue of payroll area in question (i.e. the payroll area involved in creating the travel request) and click the display icon/button. Let us assume the payroll area here is 'XX'. If you get a message like-'Entry XX does not exist in T549A (check entry)', you must go ahead to create the control record for 'XX'. Try creating a travel request after you have completed this.
