Breakdown indicator defaulted in Breakdown notification

Hi All,

Can we have breakdown indicator defaulted in breakdown type notification/Malfunction type notification..

i.e Breakdown indicator check box checked in..while using IW21

You can make breakdown indicator as default by using T code SHD0. For more information on SHD0 t code and its use, please

Hi,

If u want to make it mandatory for notification type then u can follow settings suggested by Ind Kumar

If u want default it for notification types then use user exit QQMA0025 PM/SM: Default values when adding a notification

For noitification type try to default the tick mark in breakdown box ..

You can check the option of greying out the field in OIAL then using the above user exit for defaulting the value ..

Yes that can be done go to the OIAL settings in which tick notification type in influencing field and click the radio button for breakdown tab as req..Hope that nmight help you.
