Using PLD on version 8.8 I have fields in the repetitive area that are sometimes blank and I do not want to leave a space. I seem to recall a way to do this but cannot find it any where. For example I have 3 fields in separate rows and I do not want to display them if they are blank (Which I can do using suppress zeros), however I do not want to leave a blank space
field1 has value "test"
field 2 has blank value
field 3 has value "something"
Currently prints like following:
test
something
I would like to print like:
test
something
Hi Keith.........
This is anyway possible in Crystal Report. Have you tried there?
There are numerous Functions of doing that...........
You can suppress anything that does not contain any value and can suppress its space too by using arithmatic expressions........
