2)ct04 creat characteristics

3)cl01 creat 023

4)qs21creat inspection characteristics through characteristics

5)delete values of characteristics from 023

6)qp01 craat inspection planning

7)mm01 creat 023 view 、 qm view(01 insp type) and batch management

8)me21n creat PO

9)migo

10) bmbc :view default values of batch.

After migo,i view the values of batch ,but no default vlaues .

though, after i set default values in mm02(023 batch),migo again and UD,system report an error, and no values in batch.

why ,what should i do,if i want set default values in batch before UD?

Thank U for your answer!!

The easiest way to set defautl values is to edit the batch class.

Goto the characteiristic and go to update values.

In here you probably have something like 0 - 100 as a spec range.

On the next line enter the default value within this range. At the end of the line, click in the box in the column labelled "D". This indicates the defautl value for the characteristic.

If you need to you can do this in the material classification view as well.

Just to be clear, these values will only show up in the batch record. You can not have defautl values in resutls recording screens.

Hi,FF

Thank U for your answesr queckly.

You words :"In here you probably have something like 0 - 100 as a spec range" remind me,

I check up the setting of characteriistic, it should be indicated:negative vals allowed ,but not ;

And shoud indicate characteristic :additional values in cl02(023, values panel),if not ,when your values of inspectiion characteristic go beyond the range, system will give an Error report .
