Hi,
Can we capture unplanned delivery costs while posting invoice for a purchase order? If yes, please provide steps how to do that.
Thanks in advance,
Murthy

Hi,
Unplanned delivery costs are the delivery costs which are not planned at the time of PO creation. Hence these can be entered as unplanned delivery costs in MIRO. You can enter unplanned delivery costs at header level in DETAIL tab. I hope this gives clear idea. thanks

Hi Murthy,
You can use transaction MIRO to do unplanned delivery costs.Goto to T-code MIGO and then select " 3-Subsequent Debit" option and insert the PO number. The system will show the lines of the PO that were already invoiced and in the tab "Details" you should change the Invoicing Party and insert the value of the unplanned delivery costs in the field "Unpl. Del. Csts".
