SD COPA Characteristics amend enhancement?

Hi,

I've a billing doc ZXXX and when this is created, we need to be able to amend the characteristics in the generated COPA document. More specifically we need to be able to amend the partners KNDNR and KUNWE in COPA to be that of the YY partner function.

We've tried doing this in COPA0003 and COPA0005 but the changes do not reflect in the copa document.

If anybody has worked on similar requirement and was successful, pls share your solution/ options.

Hi Raghu,

Please try to use COPA0001 which is meant for charachteristic derivation. Please create a derivation rule to call the user exit in KEDR and you should be able to achieve your objective.

Please provide more details if this does not help.
