GR/GI print form

Hi Experts,

My client is using same SAP system for multiple countries.

One of the country was already using WE03,WA03 output types for GR/GI form printing.

Now another country wants new format for GR/GI print form.

Can i use WE01/WE02 , WA01/WA02 for printing the new form?

is there any impact for the countries using We03,WA03 ?

Any other alternative approach?

Please give our advice.

Hi,

You can use the Output type WE01/WE02/WE03 for your new country also . These output types can be used for printing the new form . You have to assign the new form in NACE -> Output types->Processing Routines.

Hi Sai,

You can use the Output type WE01/WE02/WE0 for your new country also .Simply copy the form inti another form and do the necessary changes according to that. Then assign the same nace with copy out put type .

Thanks For your response.

But my query is

if we configure WE01, We02 or any other output type, both output types will trigger for print out.

i want only one output type(new one ) should trigger for my client and old one utput type for for rest of all countries.

Hi All,

For this issue there is an alternative,you can copy the output type WE01/WE02/WE03 any of them and rename with a new name and do the same configuration for the new output type.i hope this will help you out instead of geting confused with which one to take it.

Hi,

You can use WA02, WA03, WAE1 & WAE2, for your client's new country. Do you need new format in information wise? If yes sit with ABAPer and make change in smart forms. I hope this will help you.
