Condition Record settings for Email sending

I want to send a PO by email. Email address is taken from Partner function of Vendor.

If I set condition records per ordering address OA than email is taken from there if condition record is set up per CP contact person than email is taken from CP address.

Is there a way to determine kind of "access sequance" so in case CP email is not found than take it from OA?

How to achieve this?

mg

You need to create condition tables and put it under access sequence, i am not sure abut CP but u can do for the other two fields. Please check the available fields in condition tables for PO.

    HI Mg,

I think there is only option in sales order or purchase order. What ever address in mail id you will maintain in customer master or vendor master it will go to that id only by default. If still there is any issue post.

    Regards,

    Hi Mg,

The system sends an external email of PO out to what ever the condition records you maintained in the condition record and startegy CS01.

That is as per that ordering address, VN or CP the system checks the vendor master email address for that address and sents the external email of PO out.

In your case i don't think so it can work in std, try with any custom process with requried logic but don;t think so it is feasible.

    Hi Mariusz,

You can only set a access sequence to determine the output type:

    - Tcode OLME

    > Purchasing

    >> Messages

    >>> Output Control

    >>>> Access Sequences

    >>>>> Define Access Sequence for Purchase Order

I think to achieve your requirement, only with a custom print program.

    Best regards,
