CRM Interactive Reporting issue

Hi,

Currently I am working on CRM Interactive Reporting (CRM 7.0). I have successfully implemented the C41 and executed the reports in Dev. Now when I move them to Quality Server I am gettig an 'INFORMATION' saying that 'No mapping found for this InfoSource', where I am getting the currect data in my reports. It's just an information, not an error.

Can anyone help me in this ?

Hello,

please note that the official way to configure CRM interactive reporting is running the configuration wizard (transaction /CRMBW/CONFIG_WIZARD) in the CRM client and resolving the errors and warnings that are shown. Please try this first.

I guess you should have a closer look on parameter OLTP_LOCKMODE in table RSADMIN (near the bottom of the wizard's output). It should have the value PER_USER. If this does not help, you should identify which InfoSource's mapping is missing exactly. There might be some left-overs from inconsistent configuration steps.

Thank you very much for your reply. It was very useful. Actually the problem was with technical content. I am not getting that warining message after the content is installed properly.
