Hi all,
I have a standard report for Average age of employees(0PA_C01) in which there are three columns(key figures) AGE IN YEARS, NO.OF EMPLOYEES, AVERAGE AGE(formula) .
When I check the data in cube for one employee ID under one organisation unit the NO.OF EMPLOYEES value is showing 1 where as in report its showing some 225.
Like that under one Org.Unit there are 10 employees and for each employee the NO.OF EMPLOYEES value is showing as 225 and the total as 2250. where as it should show the total 10.
How to get the value 1 for each employee under that Org. Unit?
what customisation need to be done ?
Please answer
Thx
Hi,
Just check the respective keyfigure property. It will be summation in the calculated result as,change it to count may be.
Thanks and regards

Hi,
Follow the following steps:
1.Ensure that data coming till infocube is correct,i mean the desired data you want.
simply saying, check the data at psa level ,dso level and the infocube level.
2.If data is corrected in BI side, the check in query designer that if there is any formula or restriction applied on the fields. IF Yes,
change those according to your requirements!
save the changes and execute them.

Hi
Can you check at what level the report is executed and in the same way you need to compare in the cube for data??
If you have ODS at below level, first check the data in ODS how it comes based an ORG. UNIT for no. of employees.
There is no customisation that you can do..
you must find where actually the problems..First understand what is correct value for the Organization Unit.
If you have any other characteristic in Report i.e in FREE CHARACTERISTIC, pls drag and execute and see what is the record?
Accordingly compare and check data first and update...the status here..
Then we can further drill down to get a solution for you.
